Warranty details

Purchase with peace of mind. All items sold on Swim In (except underwear, earrings, swimwear and individually personalised products and any form of non-blank CDs or DVDs) are backed by our 14-Day 'No Questions Asked' Change of Mind Returns Policy - you can return the item within 14 calendar days of delivery for a store credit if you make an incorrect choice or for any reason you change your mind about the purchase.  Please note store credit does not include delivery costs.

If your item arrives damaged or D.O.A. (dead on arrival).  we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit or other remedy where appropriate. Please note, in conjunction with any warranties offered by Swim In, some of our items also carry a full manufacturers warranty and statutory conditions and warranties also apply. Delivery details

At Swimin.com.au we are proud of our efficient delivery service. Items are generally dispatched within 24-48 business hours of us receiving your complete payment.  Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post, Toll Ipec or normal courier delivery times apply.

For made to order items delivery time may vary due to production times. Please read our terms and conditions for further information on our delivery policies. For your peace of mind we will automatically email you a shipping confirmation and parcel tracking number for all registered deliveries once your items have been sent. All registered deliveries are covered by full transit insurance. Please view our shipping information page for more information on our shipping partners.
