This 500 micron quality solar pool blanket is thick and tough. It's traditional translucent blue colour makes the most of the Sun's rays to heat pool water by up to 8ºC. It will prevent water loss by stopping up to 99.84% of evaporation, and saves on chemicals at the same time! During the hot summer months, evaporation can cause the average household pool to lose up to 10,000 litres of water per month. By keeping this loss to a minimum, solar pool blankets substantially reduce the topping up required to maintain the pool's correct chemical balance. Solar blankets also lower maintenance. With a solar pool blanket fitted to your pool, leaves and debris are quickly hosed off the surface of the blanket to be collected in the skimmer box. Save hours each year in time consuming vacuuming and cleaning. Comes with an 8 year pro-rata warranty.
