Please note store credit does not include delivery costs.
If your item arrives damaged or D.O.A. (dead on arrival). we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit or other remedy where appropriate. Delivery details
At Swimin.com.au we are proud of our efficient delivery service. Items are generally dispatched within 24-48 business hours of us receiving your complete payment. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post, Toll Ipec or normal courier delivery times apply.
